    Brief Description

    Aerospace Conference Rooms can now be scheduled by sending a meeting request to the Conference Room's e-mail address on the SSAI Corporate Mail System. This change affects the methods used to view the conference room calendars.

  • Windows 7 Interprocess Communication Depot Error

    This document describes what to do when an Interprocess Communication Depot error appears during installation of the AnyConnect client on Windows Vista or Windows 7.

    When installing the VPN client through automated install or manual install, you may receive the following error:

    The vpn client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot.

    This error is caused by Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) being enabled. You can disable ICS in two ways:

    Per Adapter:

    1. Click the Start button.
    2. Click on Control Panel.
    3. Click on View Network Status and Tasks
    4. Click on Change adapter settings
    5. Right-click the shared connection and choose Properties
    6. Click the Sharing tab
    7. Clear the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection checkbox
    8. Click OK

    System Wide:

    1. Click the Start button (Windows' orb)
    2. Type: services.msc and press ENTER
    3. Double-Click on Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
    4. Change Startup Type to Disabled
    5. Reboot the computer
  • TE&ESS Safari 4 Compatability


    There are several reports of problems when using Safari 4.x within the Time and Expense (T&E) system, including:

    • When performing searches on charge codes or employees, the browser displays a message that it is "loading" for up to 5 minutes.
    • When adding a charge code, the error message missing variable"pageIsLoaded" is displayed.

    These errors stem from differences in javaScript support in Safari 4.x

  • E-Hub - Navigation buttons do not appear in Internet Explorer 8


    When logged into the E-Hub using Internet Explorer 8, the navigation buttons do not appear when you click on any of the links.
